Delivery Policy

We deliver to all regions of Ghana, including Greater Accra, Ashanti, Western, Central, Eastern, Volta, Northern, Upper East, Upper West, Bono, Bono East, Ahafo, Savannah, North East, Oti and Western North regions.

Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Express orders are prepared and dispatched as soon as payment is confirmed. During busy periods or stock restocks, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.

• Standard delivery: 1–2 days across Ghana.
• Express delivery: 1 hour – 10 hours for eligible locations and orders placed during business hours.
• International delivery: 3–12 working days, depending on destination and customs processing.

These are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, public holidays or customs clearance.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Bulk and wholesale orders may qualify for reduced or free delivery — details are shown on our Wholesale page.

We use trusted courier and dispatch riders. Once your order is on the way, we share the rider or courier contact with you so you can coordinate delivery. For large wholesale orders, we may arrange special dispatch.

Please ensure your phone is reachable on the delivery day. If the rider cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned and a redelivery fee may apply.

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. See our Refund Policy for more.
